Return and Exchange Policy
General Returns:
- Eligibility: You may return items for any reason, except for products that have been used. We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt for all eligible items.
- Process: Please contact our customer service to obtain a prepaid return label. Before initiating a return or exchange, contact customer service for confirmation.
Free Exchanges:
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges for any reason, provided the item has not been used. Exchanges are free and can be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item you wish to exchange. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send out the replacement item.
Damaged or defective items:
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will give a you a full refund or resend a new one for you to solve this issue.
Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placed the order. We will give you a full refund in 24 hours to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
- Used Items: Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Procedure:
- After receiving your return request, our customer service department will contact you within 48 hours with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label for returning the package.
- Once the package is received in our warehouse, the refund process will begin.
Refund Procedure:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of the package's arrival at our warehouse.
